portant; font: 14px/25px SimSun, arial, sans-serif, helvetica; white-space: normal; float: none; color: rgb(34,34,34); word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px">2、实验者右手握皮脂计使两半弓形测试臂张开，左手拇指和食指将受试者所测部位的皮肤捏紧提起。拇食指捏住提起时，拇食指间应保持适当距离，这样捏紧提起皮肤既包括皮肤亦包括皮下组织，但要防止将所在部位的肌肉也提起。为检查是否将肌肉也提起可令受试者主动收缩该部位的肌肉，此时肌肉即滑脱。然后将张开的皮脂计距离手指捏起部位1cm处钳入，右手指将皮脂计的把柄放开，读出指针的数值（mm）并记录下来，每个部位应重复测两次，二者所测的数值误差不应超5%。
